Phillip was one in a million. If he liked you he liked you no matter what. Every time we would see him he was the same. The guy that Brad grew up with and we went to school with. The spark in his eyes and his smile will be sorely missed by everyone in this world. What a loss! We are truly sorry for your loss. Your family is in our thoughts and prayer. God bless and keep you!
