A gift to your family, sparing them hard decisions at an emotional time.
It is not always possible to pay respects in person, so we hope that this small token will help.
Offer a gift of comfort and beauty to a family suffering from loss.
We receive a lot of request for genealogy information about the people that we have served since 1929. If we have an obituary on the person, we will email a copy of that obituary or if not, we will email the information that we have on file. Below, each section has a listing in alphabetical order of the last names of all of the people we have served since 1929. So as time progresses, we will update the list at the end of each year.
Our website went online August 3, 2005, with the first death recorded on the website, so from August of 2005 to the present, you will find the obituary information on each person we have served--as long as the family has not objected to the information being released on the web. (If the family objects, we have not placed the name nor any information about the family on the website, and if you contact us about those deaths, we will have to decline sending you any information about the deceased.)
We now have records from January 1, 2000 to the present. But we had to place the older records' obituary as a picture. So from 1-1-2000 to 8-2-2005, the name of the person who died will come up, if they had an obituary, it will be the picture. You will be able to view the obituary by entering the In Memory Section. On the right hand side under Recently Shared Photos, left click the mouse on the obituary. When the obituary comes up, right click mouse on it. You can name the file and save the obituary (which your computer reads as a picture) to your desktop. You can then print that file out. (On my computer to print full page, I had to uncheck the box--Fit picture to frame, so that it would print the full obituary.)
If the person did not have an obituary in the newspaper or we do not have it, there will be an obituary created with the information that we have in the obituary section.
