Lucienne V. Iman, age 82, of Gorham, passed away at 6:35 a.m. Sunday, March 30, 2008, at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro.
Lucienne was born on January 1, 1926, in Marseilles, France, to Joseph and Theresa LeBlanc.
She was a housewife and homemaker.
Mrs. Iman was Catholic by faith.
Lucienne married Winnard Iman on October 13, 1945, in St. Chamis, France, and he preceded her in death on July 9, 1982.
She is survived by three daughters and three sons Barbara Cason and her husband Chuck Cason of Gorham, Theresa Howard and her husband John Howard of Gorham, Peggy Howard and her husband Kenny Howard of Patterson, MO, Seth Iman and his wife Gina Iman of Salem, IL, Winnard "Bugs" Iman and his wife Patty Iman of Murphysboro, Mike Iman and his wife Christina Iman of Simpsonville, KY;
fourteen grandchildren, one step grandson;
fifteen great grandchildren, one step great grand daughter;
and one brother Jackie LeBlanc of Toulouse, France.
Lucienne was preceded in death by one sister Rosetta, her parents, one daughter, and twin grand daughters.
