Condolence: I was SO very sorry to hear of Phyllis' passing. She was one of my very favorite residents when she lived at River to River. She was always interesting to talk to and reminisce with. I will be unable to attend her funeral/visitation due to another obligation on Friday, but I wanted the family to know that I am sorry for your loss of your mom, and I'm grateful to have known her. She was such a lovely lady.
